Head of Revenue Management & Sales – Boutique Hotels (Holbox and Cancún) Are you passionate about hotel revenue management and sales? We're looking for a Head of Revenue Management & Sales to lead the commercial strategy for two boutique hotels (one in Holbox, one in Cancún, 80 rooms combined).

Key Responsibilities: Full oversight of Revenue Management and Sales for both properties

Advanced management of OTA extranets (Expedia, Booking.com, and others)

Design and launch of campaigns and promotions across digital channels

Competitive set analysis, market rate benchmarking, and demand trend analysis

Rate and availability optimization across channels

Development of new commercial relationships: travel agencies, tour operators, and groups

Negotiation of strategic partnerships to drive occupancy and RevPAR Requirements: Proven experience in hotel Revenue Management and Sales (boutique or low-density hotels preferred)





Expert-level handling of OTA extranets (Expedia, Booking.com required; other OTAs a plus)

Knowledge of channel managers and PMS systems

Strong analytical skills for pricing and competitive benchmarking

Commercially-minded, proactive profile with strong negotiation skills

English required (business/conversational level)

Availability to manage two properties (Holbox and Cancún) We Offer: Base salary: $25,000 – $28,000 MXN nominal, monthly, based on experience

Variable bonus for B2B sales, groups, events, and weddings

Leadership role with strategic oversight of both properties
