Assignment type: On-site, full-time

Reporting line: Project Manager / General Pillar Leader, in coordination with plant Logistics/Warehouse Manager Role purpose: Build and validate the Plan For Every Part (PFEP), redesign material flow and storage/packaging logic, and correct the related SAP master data to ensure line-side replenishment is reliable, efficient and system-consistent. Key responsibilities

- Segment parts by flow and replenishment behavior (e.g., kanban, min/max, JIT/JIS) relevant to stamping, welding and assembly feeding.
- Define the PFEP: storage location, packaging/container type, supply mode, replenishment frequency and ownership for each part family.
- Evaluate and optimize warehouse and logistics area layout, including assessment of WMS suitability where relevant.
- Identify and correct SAP planning parameters (min/max, lot size, lead time, safety stock) with full evidence and traceability, working with plant key users for testing and approval.
- Validate material flow and line-side replenishment directly on the shopfloor, cross-checking PFEP assumptions against real conditions.
- Define ownership matrix: planner, warehouse owner, line owner, and change-approval process for future updates.
- Produce a system-ready PFEP file and supporting documentation (flow rules, packaging rules,



SAP update evidence).

Required profile

- Proven experience in internal/plant logistics, material flow design, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment (experience with stamped/welded/assembled metal products or similar discrete manufacturing is a plus).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building or maintaining a PFEP (Plan For Every Part) or equivalent part-segmentation/replenishment framework.
- Solid working knowledge of SAP MM/WM or equivalent ERP modules, with practical experience correcting/inserting planning parameters.
- Familiarity with warehouse layout optimization and, ideally, exposure to WMS evaluation/selection.
- Strong documentation skills: able to produce clear PFEP files, flow diagrams and packaging standards.
- Hands-on, shopfloor-oriented working style; comfortable running validation walks and workshops with warehouse and line teams.
- Fluent in English; local language of the assigned plant is required (Spanish for Saltillo, Arabic for Cairo, Serbian for Niš, or relevant local language for Hyderabad).
- Availability for extended on-site presence at the assigned plant, with flexibility across discovery, build and validation phases.
