The idóneo candidate has a strong background in personal injury case management, excellent leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Team Training & Development - Train and onboard newly hired Case Managers.

- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and development for existing team members.
- Reinforce best practices, firm procedures, and quality standards.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for case management processes and workflows.

Quality

Assurance & Case Auditing - Conduct routine audits of active case files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

- Review individual cases and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Escalate issues and provide recommendations for corrective action when necessary.

Performance

Monitoring & Operational Support - Review KPI reports, scorecards, and operational metrics to monitor team performance.

- Identify overdue tasks, bottlenecks, and workflow issues.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Assist leadership in implementing performance improvement initiatives.

Workload

Management - Help coordinate staffing and workload distribution across case management pods.

- Assign floaters and support resources to teams experiencing increased workloads.




- Ensure proper case coverage and operational efficiency across the department.

Process

Improvement - Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.

- Assist with maintaining and updating shared resources, including provider directories and internal databases.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives aimed at improving team performance and client outcomes.

Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury Case Management experience .

- Strong understanding of pre-litigation personal injury case handling.
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review reports, metrics, and performance data.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office applications.
