We are looking for a Lead TypeScript+Node.js Developer for an internal platform team delivering a Backstage.io portal and software catalog.

You will shape standards, integrate ELK, JIRA Service Desk, and Jenkins/CICD into Backstage, and enable Terraform execution while working across distributed teams—apply now.

Responsibilities Define frontend architecture decisions, including component structure, state management, TypeScript standards, and performance

Practice spec-driven development by starting each feature from a spec and keeping implementations traceable to it

Lead technically by reviewing code, setting frontend standards, and mentoring other engineers

Integrate ELK entities into the Backstage catalog

Add Backstage extensions and templates and create render scripts

Implement a capability to run Terraform scripts

Connect JIRA Service Desk capabilities into Backstage

Integrate Jenkins/CICD capabilities into Backstage

Coordinate independently with distributed,



cross-functional teams Requirements Proven experience with 5+ years in Node.js backend development

Deep expertise in TypeScript for production-grade services

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, web application hosting, and deployment

Ability to work independently with distributed, cross-functional teams

Practical proficiency with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, including Agents, Skills, MCP, and AI productivity workflows

English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level Nice to have Working familiarity with GitHub Copilot AI-assisted development, including agents, skills, and MCP

Experience with spec-driven development frameworks such as SpecKit or BMAD

Exposure to developer portals, platform engineering, or internal tooling

Knowledge of ELK Stack
