Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities and business requirements
- Prioritize maintenance work based on safety,



reliability, operational impact, and business needs
- Manage maintenance backlogs and ensure work orders are properly scoped, classified, planned, and scheduled before execution
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, tools, and external services
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and maintenance performance
- Analyze maintenance history, equipment data, and key performance indicators to optimize maintenance strategies
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities associated with shutdowns, major overhauls, and engineering projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP and ensure proper work order closure, documentation, and cost allocation
