We’re looking for a Payroll Lead for the Americas region to be the glue that holds our regional payroll puzzle together – someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy and problem-solving.

This role is all about helping our payroll function evolve, scale and shine. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to support global standardization initiatives and implementations, engage with key stakeholders and act as advisory for our payroll function. You will also be responsible for operational payroll activities in selected locations from the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives across North and South America payrolls, in alignment with the FLS Integral practices




- Own a payroll process in collaboration with our external payroll vendors, by sharing payroll input data, validating calculations and ensuring timely payments to employees and statutory agencies
- Align with stakeholders across HR, Finance and Business owners to drive mutual initiatives, solve and unblock challenges
- Maintain and promote a high focus on employee experience
- Proactively support our KPI and SLA targets
- Assist in payroll vendor service assessment and integrations
- Ensure compliance with FLS global policies and procedures
- Support in external or internal audit initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience in payroll operations of 5+ years, with exposure to any of the following countries: Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Canada, US
- Experience in working with global payroll vendors such as ADP, CloudPay or others
- Workday experience is a plus
