Cost and performance controlling professional with experience in standard costing, financial analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, inventory valuation, forecasting, reconciliations, and audit support. Skilled at translating financial data into clear insights that support business decisions, budget control, and operational performance improvement.

Set and maintain standard costs for manufactured goods.

Develop, review, and analyze cost standards to support accurate financial reporting.

Establish and analyze costs related to administration, labor & burden.

Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Prepare audit reports, document findings, and support internal and external audit requirements.

Provide costing recommendations based on financial and operational data.





Manage inventory revaluation and cost of goods sold analysis.

Prepare material forecasts using historical trends and analytical data.

Reconcile presente results against forecasts and budgets, including bridge analysis.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in cost accounting, performance control, or financial analysis

Strong proficiency in cost accounting principles and methodologies

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)

Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Proficiency in variance analysis and cost control procedures

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual capability in Spanish and English is preferred

CPA certification or relevant accounting certification is preferred but not required

Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting is a plus
