Presales Consultant – Retail POS & Unified Commerce

Location: Mexico City (Remote) Enactor is a unified commerce platform built for ambitious retailers, covering POS, mobile POS, kiosk, self-checkout, order management, inventory, promotions, loyalty, CRM, and the wider retail technology ecosystem.

We are looking for a Presales Technical Consultant with a strong technical background and proven retail/POS experience to help customers implement, configure, and maximise the value of the Enactor platform. Role Overview

This is a hands-on consulting role combining implementation, customer engagement, and solution demonstration. You will work with retail customers and partners to understand requirements, configure solutions, support delivery, troubleshoot issues, and demonstrate Enactor capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders and translating retail challenges into practical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse customer business and technical requirements.

Configure and implement retail applications and solutions.

Support integrations across POS, OMS, inventory, payments, loyalty, CRM, and third-party systems.

Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and customer demonstrations.

Configure demo environments and present solution capabilities to customers and partners.





Support proof of concepts, testing, deployment, and production issues.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Required

Experience

Experience as a Technical Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Solution Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.

Strong retail technology experience, particularly POS and store systems.

Experience working with enterprise retail customers.

Ability to demonstrate software solutions and explain technical concepts clearly.

Experience supporting retail implementations from requirements through to delivery.
