About This Role The Product

Analyst will design, develop, and maintain scalable API product enhancements. This role involves diagnosing issues, defining businessrequirements, and validating deliverables to ensure high-quality solutions.

The Product

Analyst will also lead integrations between partner systems and our core platforms, ensuring the timely delivery of complex integration projects while maintaining high-quality standards and fostering consistent collaboration across global teams.

Roles & Responsibilities Manage partnerintegrations with partner platforms (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).

Resolve technical and functional questions raised by partners throughout the integration process, ensuringsmoothimplementation and continuous operational support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing products and identify opportunities for new featuresorproduct enhancements.

Participate indesign,documentation, and performance optimization of integration frameworks.





Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration lifecycle management, monitoring, automation, and release processes.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience maintaining system integrations in enterprise environments.

Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration technologies.

Experience with integration monitoring tools, and version control systems (Git).

Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to operate in a integral, fast-paced environment.
