Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate resources and processes to ensure the technical development and release of products.

Lead new product launch programs and production releases, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Participate in the planning, development, and control of business plans for new programs.

Maintain active communication with automotive customers, ensuring proper project follow-up and fulfillment of requirements. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (required). Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical development and new product launch implementation. Languages

Advanced English (mandatory).

German (preferred).

Technical

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of automotive customer requirements and customer platforms,



especially German OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Experience with plastic injection molding processes for the automotive industry.

SAP proficiency.

Strong knowledge of quality standards and management systems, including:

IATF 16949

ISO 9001

Experience in product design and engineering applied to automotive manufacturing. Key Competencies
