We are seeking motivated Recruiters to support our U.S. market. We are open to candidates at multiple experience levels, from developing recruiters with strong sourcing and communication skills to experienced recruiters capable of independently managing complex searches.
Position Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for positions with HIKINEX's U.S.-based clients.
This is a hands-on recruiting role requiring strong sourcing skills, high outbound activity, professional candidate communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
The successful candidate will understand that recruiting is both a quality and activity-driven profession. You will proactively identify passive candidates, conduct outreach through multiple channels, qualify candidates against client requirements, and maintain an organized recruiting pipeline.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Research
Source qualified candidates for positions throughout the United States.
Identify both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential talent pools.
Build and continuously expand candidate pipelines for current and anticipated client requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the company's ATS and recruiting systems.
Candidate Outreach
Conduct proactive outbound recruiting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, text, and other approved communication channels.
Engage passive candidates who may not currently be seeking new employment.
Clearly communicate career opportunities and generate interest in client positions.
Build professional, long-term relationships with candidates.
Consistently follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Candidate Screening & Qualification
Conduct structured candidate interviews and screening calls.
Evaluate candidates based on experience, technical or functional skills, accomplishments, career progression, communication ability, and overall fit.
Understand candidate compensation requirements, availability, location preferences, travel requirements, work authorization, and other employment considerations.
Identify candidate motivations and determine what factors would influence a potential career move.
Validate information contained within resumes and candidate profiles.
Present qualified candidates with clear, concise summaries explaining why they match the client's requirements.
Recruiting Process Management
Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through interview, offer, acceptance, and placement.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide relevant information regarding the opportunity and organization.
Collect candidate feedback following interviews.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to reduce candidate drop-off.
Assist with offer discussions and compensation expectations when appropriate.
Maintain organized pipelines and accurate recruiting activity records.
Client Requirement Execution
Review job descriptions and intake information to understand client hiring requirements.
Identify the skills, experience, accomplishments, and characteristics required for successful candidates.
Prioritize recruiting activity based on urgency and client needs.
Provide recruiting leadership with market feedback regarding candidate availability, compensation, and potential challenges associated with searches.
Respond quickly to changing client requirements and recruiting priorities.
Performance Expectations
Recruiters at HIKINEX are expected to operate with measurable recruiting activity and production goals.
