Wisconsin Carports & Steel Buildings is one of the fastest-growing steel building dealerships in the Midwest. We help homeowners, businesses, farmers, and commercial customers design custom steel buildings across the United States.

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and motivated Caller / Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be a great fit for you.

As a Caller, you'll play an important role in helping customers throughout their buying journey—from making the first contact with new leads to re-engaging customers who may have lost interest. Your goal is to identify qualified opportunities and help our Sales Managers focus on customers who are ready to move forward. What You'll Do

Make 120–150+ outbound calls daily to both new and existing leads.

Contact new leads who have requested information about our steel buildings.

Follow up with existing leads that require nurturing and continued engagement.

Re-engage customers who have gone cold or become inactive, helping renew their interest in purchasing a steel building.

Return missed calls promptly and ensure timely follow-up with customer inquiries.

Build rapport with customers by understanding their project goals, timeline, budget, and building needs.

Qualify leads and identify customers who are ready to speak with a Sales Manager.

Schedule follow-up calls and appointments when appropriate.





Maintain accurate customer notes and update all interactions in our CRM.

Communicate qualified opportunities and important customer updates to Sales Managers through Slack.

Keep the sales pipeline active by consistently following up with older leads.

Deliver a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience on every interaction. What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.

Comfortable making 120–150+ outbound calls every day.

Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Comfortable handling objections and customer rejection.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Previous experience in a call center, outbound sales, appointment setting, customer service, or lead qualification is preferred.
