We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce ecosystems, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery. This role will act as the bridge between business and technology teams to deliver successful Salesforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

Support backlog prioritization and roadmap management.

Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and business scenarios.

Conduct gap analysis and root cause investigations.

Participate in release planning and sprint reporting activities.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.





Required

Skills

3-5 years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Steelbricks).

Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced English communication skills. Nice to Have

Experience in financial software environments.
