We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Salesforce environments and Agile delivery. The idóneo candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive team effectiveness, remove impediments, and collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Grooming Sessions, and other Scrum ceremonies.

Support 1-2 Agile teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Monitor backlog progress, sprint metrics, and team velocity.

Remove blockers and help teams achieve delivery goals.

Drive communication across stakeholders, business teams, and customers.

Manage risks, reporting, and project escalations.





Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Required

Skills

Experience working on Salesforce projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Experience with backlog management, user stories, burndown metrics, and velocity tracking.

Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

Experience working with distributed global teams.

Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
