Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Queretaro, Mexico. We are looking for professionals with strong accounting skills who are looking forward to making a career in the Finance field. Work you’ll do As SME of the process, review, create, and process client invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and in accordance with business/customer/legal laws, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Manage high-volume billing and accounts for receivable transactions while consistently meeting turnaround time and accuracy targets.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and non-standard requests in coordination with managers and stakeholders.

Identify tax issues related to invoicing and ensure tax rules are consistently followed.

Perform UAT for billing enhancements, project and defects and other system related changes.

Liaison with Finance team to effectively resolve discrepancies; acting as the first point of contact to ensure complete, timely and accurate flow of invoices and communication to optimize productivity, organizational effectiveness and maximize cash flow.

Help and assist team lead in preparation with various MIS reporting and other quality metrics.

Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelines and contractual requirements.

Qualifications Required Completion of course of study/Egresado in any pertinent field or industry in any pertinent field or industry.

Advanced English level.

3 to 6 years of experience in billing. Working knowledge of the billing module, billing reports and accounts receivable process.

Well versed in MS office tools,



especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Knowledge of billing rules and taxes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have strong capabilities in MS Word and Excel.

Strong understanding of core finance business processes.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Process improvement mindset.

Ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.

Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Queretaro Office. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.

Preferred Experience with SAP Hana and Service Now preferred.
