- link lean manufacturing activities to company objectives by developing and maintaining detailed value stream maps, metrics and control plans for the key processes.
- educate and mentor colleagues of the company about lean tools such as 5s, kaizen, visual management, set-up reduction, etc.
- integrate efforts across the company to ensure a focused and consistent approach for optimizing and standardizing processes.
- serve as a change agent in institutionalizing the lean “problem-solving” culture and toolset.
