- prepare the daily checkbook report to monitor plant manufacturing expenses.
- provide analysis on labor utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics.
- ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining asat files and related records.
- prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the controller.
- actively participate in plant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for spa projects.
- collaborate with other departments to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- ensure compliance with applicable ehs policies and procedures.
- perform physical inventory reconciliations against ledgers.
- analyze and determine causes of physical fa inventory variances and monitor idle assets.
- organize and conduct the annual hdm & rings physical fixed assets inventory.

qualifications

basic requirements

- education: this position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience.
- experience: this position requires a minimum of 1 years in financial/accounting experience.

preferred qualifications

- strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience with oracle and mrp preferred.
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for hdm.
- proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings.
- advanced proficiency in microsoft office tools, especially excel and powerpoint, with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions.
- commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork.
- positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively.
