We are seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands-on experience building and supporting ETL pipelines. This role focuses on developing production-grade data solutions, working across systems to ensure reliable data processing, and collaborating directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable implementations.

Your Impact

- Design and develop Python-based data applications and services for production environments

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading across systems

- Analyze, troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and reliability

- Implement data validation, reconciliation, and error-handling mechanisms

- Develop and manage complex SQL queries and data transformations

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data solutions

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production data pipelines and batch processes

- Contribute to solution design discussions and recommend improvements to data architecture

Skills & Experience





- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering and data engineering roles

- Strong hands-on Python development experience (data-focused applications)

- Proven experience designing and supporting ETL processes and data pipelines

- Solid SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization

- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and data quality validation

- Experience troubleshooting data issues across multiple systems and environments

- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision

Set Yourself Apart With

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory)

- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or SSIS

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and enterprise data architecture

- Experience working with large-scale or distributed data systems

- Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and data pipeline automation practices

- Familiarity with production support processes, monitoring, and scheduling
