We are searching for the best talent for Staff Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to be in Juarez City.
You Will Be Responsible For

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and business targets.

Analyze inventory data to identify excess, obsolete, or slow-moving items, and recommend corrective actions.

Responsible for developing inventory-related business plans during the different financial cycles.

Inventory reporting.

Perform manual BOM (bill of materials) explosions to translate finished goods demand into detailed component requirements.





Calculate gross component requirements based on production plans, forecasts, and BOM structures.

Determine net component requirements by considering available inventory, safety stock targets, etc.

Generate and maintain component requirement reports.

Maintain documentation of assumptions, calculations, and methodologies used in manual material planning activities.

Identify opportunities to automate manual BOM explosion and requirement planning processes, reducing reliance on spreadsheets

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes by providing forecasts, accurate inventory data and insights.

Support new product launches, life-cycle management, and end-of-life inventory planning.

Qualifications / Requirements

6-8 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning or related

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish.

Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, or similar

Advanced Excel skills and knowledge about analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau preferred).

Extensive experience in data management and analytics with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Strong understanding of BOM structures (multi-level BOMs)

Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
