About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives for U.S.-based brands. This executive role is idóneo for a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, SaaS, demand generation, digital marketing, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and business launches.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs including ROI, CAC, ROAS, lead generation, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing and creative team.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations to support company objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business,



Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- 5+ years managing marketing and creative teams.
- Proven experience marketing to U.S.-based companies and audiences.
- Demonstrated success launching SaaS products, software solutions, or new businesses.
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing, branding, digital marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
- Advanced/Fluent English (C1/C2) is required.
- Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master/'s degree.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, professional services, or startup environments.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager, Word Press, Webflow, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms.
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
