drive ai-driven transformation at novartis. As a performance analytics & genai manager, you will turn data and generative ai into real business impact—bridging strategy and execution to improve decision-making, accelerate adoption, and boost productivity across teams.

key responsibilities

- lead implementation of local ai and generative ai roadmap, from requirements to adoption and scaling
- translate business needs into scalable analytics and ai solutions with reusable components and standardized approaches
- partner with business and technical teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact ai use cases
- coordinate training and enablement activities to drive adoption of analytics and ai solutions across stakeholders
- track use case performance and measure business impact, including efficiency gains and improved decision-making
- ensure compliance with data governance, security, and responsible ai standards across all initiatives
- support planning, execution, and documentation of analytics and generative ai initiatives at local level

essential requirements

- bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field
- proven experience delivering analytics,



machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
- experience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring
- strong understanding of artificial intelligence governance, including model documentation and responsible use principles
- experience automating processes using data and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and productivity
- ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
