Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the structural design and electromagnetic calculation of distribution oil immersed transformers, including the design and optimization of transformer windings, iron cores, insulation structures, oil tanks, and other components;
- Based on user requirements and technical specifications, carry out preliminary design, detailed design, calculation analysis, and optimization of transformers to ensure the feasibility and reliability of the design;
- Responsible for selecting materials for transformers to ensure their economic and practical design;
- Responsible for cross departmental communication to ensure that the design meets production process requirements and smoothly achieves industrial production;
- Participate in transformer testing and testing work, assist in solving problems that arise during testing, and carry out improvement and optimization design;
- Responsible for writing design documents, technical reports, drawings,
and other related technical files to ensure the integrity and traceability of the design process.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical or mechanical design;
- More than 3 years of experience in structural design of distribution transformers(3-Phase Pad-Mounted Transformer/singel phase PAD);
- Familiar with the structural design principles, calculation methods, material selection, and other aspects of distribution transformers, and knowledgeable about relevant USA and Mexican standards, industry specifications, and safety requirements;
- Proficient in structural design software and related tools, able to independently complete transformer structural design, analysis, and optimization work, and possess the ability to solve complex problems;
- Good communication skills, strong learning ability and innovative consciousness;
- English can be used as a working language
