ABOUT US For a thriving Shared Business Services and transformation project for a general company, we are looking for a Travel and Expense analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our Finance department, contributing to shaping the future of the accounting processes. We are looking for an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E;) Specialist to support the global rollout and ongoing operations of SAP Concur across multiple entities and countries.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong T&E; process knowledge, hands-on Concur experience, and a proven track record in system implementations, transitions, and process standardization initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient expense management operations, supporting user adoption, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Concur Rollout & Transition Support

Support the implementation and deployment of SAP Concur across multiple countries and business entities.

Participating in project activities, testing, and go-live support.

Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy expense systems.

Assist in processing harmonization and standardization activities during rollout phases.

T&E; Operations & Controls

Review and audit employee expense reports in line with company policies.

Investigate exceptions, policy violations, and compliance issues.

Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliations related to T&E.;

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. User Support & Training

Act as a key point of contact for Concur users, approvers, and finance teams.

Deliver end-user training and support adoption of new processes.

Maintain process documentation,



training materials, and user guides.

Promote best practices and policy compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline and automate T&E; processes.

Support optimization of approval workflows and expense audit controls.

Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives to enhance decision-making.

Support standardization efforts across regions and entities. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with SAP Concur in a T&E; operations, support, or implementation role.

Proven experience participating in system implementations, migrations, transitions, or process transformation projects.

Strong understanding of travel and expense processes, controls, and compliance requirements.

Experience working in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience are considered an advantage.

Fluent English.
