About The Role We're looking for a talented Video Editor to join a fast-growing marketing team and help create engaging short-form content for podcasts and social media. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys producing fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos and understands what performs well across today's social platforms. You'll work closely with the team, receiving raw footage, creative direction, and assets to transform into polished, high-performing content.

What You'll Do

- Edit 20–30 short-form videos per month for social media platforms.
- Produce engaging talking-head videos and podcast clips.
- Create dynamic edits using captions, motion graphics, transitions, zooms, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels,



TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate closely with the team and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines and maintaining quick turnaround times.
- Ensure consistency across all video content and maintain a polished visual style.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience editing short-form social media content.
- Strong portfolio showcasing talking-head videos, podcast clips, or marketing content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating engaging edits with captions, motion graphics, transitions, zooms, and visual effects.
- Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work with EST time zone overlap.

Nice to Have
- Experience editing content for marketing agencies, creators, or podcasts.
- Familiarity with current trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
- Basic understanding of social media performance, audience retention, and content optimization.
