TCS is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as a Windows Administrator - Active Directory.

Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and support Active Directory infrastructure across the organization.

Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).

Administer Group Policies (GPOs) to enforce security and operational standards.

Manage user authentication, authorization, and access control within Active Directory.

Perform Active Directory replication monitoring and troubleshooting.

Maintain and support Domain Controllers, DNS, and DHCP services.

Implement and manage Active Directory security best practices and compliance requirements.

Technical/Functional Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Windows AD Servers,



Group Policy Management, migration and decommissioning

Good Exposer to AD, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy creations.

Should have an excellent customer handling skills.

Experience with OS installation, Upgrades and Patching

Strong Knowledge in Windows 2019, 2022 & 2025 severs and troubleshooting Skills.

Analysis and Troubleshooting on BSOD issues.

Good Documentation skills.

Hands on Experience in server Migration and Decom.

Based on the issue need to coordinate with third party vendors (Ex: MS, HP,EMC)

Analysis and Troubleshooting on Memory and CPU Utilization issues and also Disk Space issues.

Should have expertise in Data backup and Business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of English

Years of Experience: + 3 Years from specified domain

Bachelor's in computer science or other equivalent technical discipline

Strong experience in Windows Active Directory Servers Work modality: Hybrid

Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro. it will be requested to attend office at least 3 days per week.
