We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant to support a growing engagement with McAfee. Role Overview The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementations, integrations, security, reporting, and data migration activities. This role requires strong technical and functional understanding of the Workday ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday HCM solutions.

Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and security configurations.

Perform integration troubleshooting and migration activities.

Analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions.

Prepare technical documentation and test scenarios.

Support business users and cross-functional teams.





Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects.

Required

Skills

3-5 years of Workday HCM experience.

Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.

Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Security.

Strong knowledge of reporting and calculated fields.

Experience with XSLT.

Understanding of integration scheduling and monitoring.
