*THIS POSITION IS HYBRID IN MONTERREY ONLY*Ventes has teamed up with a leading hospitality partner and is currently looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join their growing digital marketing team. This role will be a key supporting member of the digital team and will be individually responsible for developing and executing cost-per-click (CPC) media strategies, managing media budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives aligned with company goals.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience requiredMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience executing paid search media on platforms such as Google and MetaExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong understanding of CPC campaign structures and optimization tacticsProven ability to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve campaign performanceAbility to deliver insightful campaign performance analysis,
