We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized TAS to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico.

Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding

- Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations
- Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reporting




- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-Site Location : Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, 64910 Monterrey, N.3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
