We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist , based in Santa Catarina, Reciente León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Diagnosis, repair, and conversion of Fronius equipment.

- Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).

- Development of tools focused on customer service.

- Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.

- Preparation of technical reports.

- Warehouse management (cycle counts, replenishment improvements).

- Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.

- ERP system management.

- Follow-up of service cases in CRM.





- Support in basic facility maintenance activities.

We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience

- Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree
- 1–2 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.

- Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
