At least 3+ years (consultant) 5+ years (senior consultant) of experience in Service Now or related field. Well versed with various Service Now products & platform capabilities. Hands-on experience on at least two Service Now modules (Security, GRC, ITSM, Discovery Implementation, ITAM, ITOM, Dev Ops, etc.). Configure and customize Service Now applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. Use Service Now Platform to meet identified business requirements and functional needs. Support Service Now platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementing bug fixes.



Review user stories to understand requirements and create technical architecture documentation for solutions. Troubleshoot errors in Service Now configuration. Complete deployment of solutions across sub-production and production environments. Provide training on each tool's functionality, both in person and through other methods.
