Job Description:
Role Summary:
Lead application management for business-critical systems, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance. Oversee incident, change, and release management while driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Primary Skills: Business Analysis or Product management skill with SQL, JIRA, Service Now, Git Hub, Data Analysis, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Code Review
Secondary Skill: Python
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications; resolve incidents, requests, and enhancements. - Manage Service Now/JIRA tickets, troubleshooting, and escalation. - Coordinate releases, migrations, and environment maintenance from development to production. - Implement risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies. - Support testing, requirement analysis, and documentation. - Collaborate with stakeholders for billing, reporting, and compliance.
