Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst – Automotive Industry We are seeking a proactive and analytical Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst to join our After‑Sales & Supply Chain team. This role is critical to ensuring parts availability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
demand forecasts
for spare parts using historical consumption, seasonality, and market trends.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure
optimal stock availability
and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Analyze dealer ordering behavior, parts turnover, and service patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to
coordinate replenishment , allocation, and safety stock adjustments.
Prepare weekly and monthly
demand planning reports , KPIs, forecast accuracy dashboards, and inventory health indicators.
Support new model launches and service campaigns by estimating parts demand and required inventory.
Work closely with After‑Sales, Warehouse, and HQ teams to align forecasts, resolve supply issues, and improve service levels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics,



Business Administration , or related field.
2–4 years
of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or spare parts management in the automotive industry. Other industries will not be considered.
Solid knowledge of
forecasting models , inventory management concepts, and supply chain processes.
Proficiency in
Excel
(advanced) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
Advanced
English proficiency.
