About Randstad
At Randstad, we are passionate about matching people with the right jobs and helping organizations grow. As a integral leader in HR services, we combine modern technology with the human touch to create meaningful career paths. We are looking for a high-energy, experienced Senior IT Talent Advisor to join our tech recruitment team and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-impact roles.
Role Overview
As a Senior IT Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent across various technical domains. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and client leaders, guiding them through the talent landscape with data-driven insights.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess deep expertise in technical sourcing, and know how to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle IT Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for complex IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Dev Ops, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, Data Scientists). - Stakeholder & Manager Engagement: Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and clients. Understand their business needs, advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and interview best practices. - Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, tech communities,
Git Hub, etc.) to engage both active and passive tech candidates. - ATS Management & Pipeline Optimization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidates, optimize pipeline efficiency, ensure data integrity, and streamline the hiring workflow. - Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process. - Offer Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate salary negotiations, manage expectations, and present offers to successfully close top candidates.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in IT/Tech Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate environment). - Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of tech stacks, software development lifecycles, and emerging IT roles/frameworks. - ATS Expertise: Hands-on experience working with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) to manage candidate workflows. - Manager & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing and influencing hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor rather than an order-taker. - Sourcing Skills: Expertise in creative sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards. - Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. - Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
