Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing company. You'll be a key part of the accounting team, working closely with the AP and Treasury groups. While the core responsibilities are daily and month-end close tasks, there is room for growth as the company continues to scale. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly cash, AP, and general journal entries - Perform balance sheet and cash reconciliations - Prepare standard accruals, expense reclass entries,



and other month-end close journal entries - Conduct weekly reconciliations to support internal reporting needs - Collaborate cross-functionally with AP and Treasury teams on refunds, checks, and related items - Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on journal entries and reconciliations - Strong US GAAP knowledge - Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — comfortable working with large datasets - Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes - Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum) - Self-starter with process improvement mindset
