and want to make a visible impact on production operations, we'd love to hear from you.The adecuado candidate will:3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishMust live in Mexico.In‐depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trendsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategiesExperience with full‐cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiationProven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metricsExperience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniquesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAdaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challengesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
