People Partner IV in GAC Mexicali Unique Skills: Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required.5 years of experience on HR function or Hr Generalist.Position Purpose : Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organization ́s objectives.Executes the effective end-to-end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through versátil and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions .
Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support .
