You will initially lead ateam of 6–8, with the expectation to grow the team as impact and scope expand.Hybrid working model~30% international travel requiredWhat you'll doSet the direction for ourglobal Business Operations Excellence agenda(S&OP;/IBP, portfolio & product data governance, and OTIF), translating priorities into measurable business resultsEstablish arobust operating cadence: clarify ownership, data standards, decision rights, and escalation paths to enable faster, data-driven decisionsLead theend-to-end S&OP;/IBP transformation, embedding best practices, building capability, and driving maturity improvements across regionsDriveportfolio segmentation and complexity reduction, building strong business cases that improve service, cost, working capital,
