Maintain, update, and enforce the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

Establish and standardize inspection criteria, SOPs, and quality control checklists for electrical products.

Oversee incoming inspection of critical components (breakers, busbars, relays, enclosures) to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

Monitor in-process assembly, focusing on key quality parameters such as torque specifications, busbar alignment, clearance/creepage distances, and wiring integrity.

Supervise and validate Factory Acceptance Testing and routine testing, including:

Dielectric / High-potential (Hi-pot) testing

Insulation resistance testing (Megger)

Contact resistance testing (Ductor)

Implement and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and improve manufacturing performance.

Build and lead a quality team (engineers, inspectors, technicians) to support production ramp-up from initial volumes to full-scale manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or similar.

5-7 years of QA/QC experience in electrical manufacturing.

2+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving decisions in production environments.

Strong knowledge of ANSI/IEEE, UL (891, 1558), ISO standards, plus electrical schematics and assembly processes.

Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing (Hi-pot, Megger, Ductor), quality methodologies (CAPA, RCA), and advanced English.
