Overview:

Our client is looking for aMarketing Operations & CRM Coordinator (Startup Launch)to support the founder directly in preparing for an upcoming platform launch. In this role, you will manage marketing administration, customer communications, and operational processes while ensuring accurate reporting, timely follow-ups, and a seamless experience for both vendors and customers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Schedule:Monday - Friday | Versátil schedule - Pacific Time (4 hours per day, 20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Consolidate and manage all marketing operations and analytics into a centralized system for streamlined reporting
- Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring timely communication, selection, and payment processing
- Organize and unify customer waitlists, segment users, monthly newsletters, appointment coordination from multiple sources to build a comprehensive contact database
- Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and pre-launch communications to keep subscribers engaged and informed
- Provide administrative support including inbox management, calendar coordination, payment follow-ups,and basic bookkeeping reconciliation
- Support customer service efforts by identifying prospects, coordinating appointments,



and managing ongoing user communications
- Implement and manage AI integrations (Claude, ChatGPT) for content and emails

Requirements:

- Experience indigital marketing operations, preferably within astartupor early-stage environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting newsletters, emails, and vendor correspondence
- High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling data consolidation and payment tracking
- Familiarity withAI toolssuch as ChatGPT and Claude for content and workflow support
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

Scope:

- Support the founder directly in preparing for the platform's October launch
- Manage pre-launch and post-launch customer engagement and communication workflows
- Assist with CRM setup and integration as the platform scales
- Potential to transition to a full-time role as the business grows and generates revenue
