Location & Conditions This is an on‑site position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. Relocation expenses are not covered. A minimum B2 level of English is required.
Responsibilities Receive and process First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims
Verify policy information accurately
Collect and document claim details in the client’s claims management system
Initiate the claims process and provide confirmation to customers
Handle inbound calls to answer inquiries and give status updates on open claims
Requirements English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Professional CV in English
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills focused on quality
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload
At least 1 year of call center experience
Customer service experience (preferred / a plus)
Full‑time availability
Valid Mexican documents for employment eligibility
