Lead and ensure the accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the cluster.

Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information, as well as compliance with corporate policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to established internal controls.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, identifying risks and opportunities.

Prepare and present financial reports and executive analysis for senior management.

Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) and propose initiatives to improve business performance.

Lead, develop, and strengthen finance teams within the assigned operations.

Act as a strategic Business Partner to operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency.





Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations across the entities under responsibility.

Controller with experience leading multi-site financial operations.Multinational company with a growing manufacturing operation.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Solid experience in Controlling (minimum 5 years) across multiple operations

Proven experience managing P&L; and complex financial processes.

Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Proficiency in financial ERP systems.
