Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Manager who can not only lead day-to-day logistics operations but also bring structure, organization, and process discipline to the function. This individual will play a key role in standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and building a scalable logistics operation that supports business growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead efforts to structure and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.

Establish and implement standardized procedures, controls, and best practices across warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.

Manage the department budget and ensure achievement of spare parts sales objectives.

Oversee warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes.

Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.





Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.

Develop and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor.

Experience managing 3PL and 4PL logistics operations.

Strong background in inventory management, distribution, and warehouse operations.

Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with production and plant operations.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including regular interaction with production teams and presence on the shop floor, including welding operations areas.
