We are seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management technologies. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for administering, securing, and supporting enterprise mobile devices and endpoints, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless application deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager environments.

Enroll, configure, and manage corporate and BYOD devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Deploy and manage applications, configuration profiles, certificates, security policies, and OS updates.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, synchronization, authentication, and application deployment issues.

Implement and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint security controls, and compliance policies.

Package, deploy, and support enterprise applications.

Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, upgrades, and decommissioning.

Monitor endpoint compliance and remediate security and configuration issues.

Support PKI certificates, Active Directory, Entra ID,



and PowerShell automation tasks.

Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and changes following ITIL processes using ServiceNow.

Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to ensure operational excellence.

Experience supporting enterprise‑scale mobile device and endpoint environments.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong Intune administration and endpoint management expertise who enjoy working in a fast‑paced enterprise IT environment.
