As an IT Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support across the organization, helping ensure the reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working with a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365 and basic Power Platform tools. You will play an important part in maintaining a secure IT environment while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi
Install, configure, maintain, and update operating systems and business applications
Support basic digital solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, while documenting issues, solutions, and asset changes
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and end‑user applications
Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field
1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar technical role
Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi‑Fi
Experience supporting Windows 11, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 applications
Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
Good communication, problem‑solving, customer service, and teamwork skills
Beginner/intermediate knowledge of C# and Python
Experience creating basic canvas apps, basic reports and dashboards using existing datasets, managing IT asset inventory
Experience in manufacturing support environment
