Quality Head / Quality Leader - Manufacturing (Advanced English)

We are looking for a Quality Leader!

If you are passionate about continuous improvement, have experience in metal stamping processes, and master the IATF 16949 standard, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a results-driven Quality Head to oversee our quality management system and ensure the highest standards in our metal stamping production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and implement annual quality targets and work plans.
Manage customer complaints, driving root-cause analysis to ensure zero recurrence.
Lead 2nd and 3rd-party audits (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001) and ensure timely closure of findings.
Drive internal defect reduction and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team’s technical competencies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (or ISO 9000), ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing quality management (metal stamping experience highly preferred).
Certifications: Proficient in IATF 16949/ISO 9000 systems with 3+ years in certification processes and documentation.
Preferred: IATF 16949 or ISO 9000 Internal Auditor certification; Six Sigma qualification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMM/VMM inspection equipment is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English (professional working proficiency required).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
