Key Account leader for Monterrey distribution
Strategically manage assigned key distribution accounts by developing strong business relationships, identifying business opportunities, and offering technical solutions that generate value, satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained growth for those accounts, thereby contributing to the achievement of the companys business objectives.
Manage and develop key accounts in the industrial sector, ensuring longterm relationships.
Identify business opportunities and design value propositions tailored to client needs.
Provide specialized technical advice on products and solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key account performance indicators and propose actions to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Coordinate with internal departments Logistics, Finance, Customer Service to guarantee compliance with agreements.
Prepare management reports and present results to management.
Participate in strategic initiatives for market development and innovation in solutions.

Job Requirements
Education Completed technical degree or Engineering Degree
Experience At least 3 years in a similar role within the industrial sector.
Advanced knowledge of power transmission, conveyors, modular systems, or hydraulic power.
Intermediate proficiency in technological tools Excel, CRM, ERP.

Availability to travel 50 of the time.
High level of English

Monthly gross salary of 25,00.00 a monthly sales bonus of 35,000.
