Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule

Shift 2: 2:00 - 9:15 (Monday - Saturday)

Responsibilities

- Trained in conversational English skills.
- Responsible for day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Supervise day-to-day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
- Participate in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management.
- Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries, and resolve complex issues as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Complexity

- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
- Receives guidance and oversight from manager.
- Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
- Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams.




- Solves problems based on set policies and procedures.
- Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
- Previous experience as a people manager, with strong team management and soft‑skill capabilities.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with WMS system desirable.

Compensation

$29,233.33 - $45,000.00 MXN monthly
