As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our expanding metal mechanic /manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and implement Lean tools.
- Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results.
- Coach and mentor teams in Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality,



and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication experience preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis
- Conversational and written English required
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives
