and after process implementationIdentify, promote, and implement best quality practices for all customersOrganize and support customer quality-related visits and auditsThoroughly evaluate all customer returns and notifications and determine root causes, in conjunction with the assigned Customer Functional Team (CFT)Conduct customer visitsEnsure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up on customer issues/concerns, thorough root cause analysis, and comprehensive feedbackActively participate in continuous improvement/corrective action activities for quality-related processes and ensure the correct application of quality tools and quality expertiseEnter all requested quality data into the customer portal or respond to customer requestsAdvise and be the expert on the use of specific customer requirementsOur offerAttractive salaryStability and developmentFlexible timeAre you interested?
