We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, leading the Quality team, and promoting operational excellence across all manufacturing processes.
This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction, product quality, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality strategies and objectives.
- Manage Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Inspectors, and other quality personnel.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal, customer, and third‑party certification audits.
- Oversee customer complaints and corrective actions using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Monitor and report Quality KPIs, including PPM, Scrap Rate, First Pass Yield (FPY), Customer Complaints, and Corrective Action Effectiveness.
- Coordinate containment activities and root cause investigations.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from a quality perspective.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the Quality team.
- Present quality performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience managing quality teams.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Availability to work versátil hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
- Experience with metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI).
